TENDER-IT: search for UN IT tenders
178 matching orders out of 9,019 listings: searching UN IT tenders with no human involved
In 18 days the system selected 178 orders suitable for SEO7 out of 9,019 listings from 16 platforms. Selection runs overnight and a person gets the finished list in the morning. This is an internal studio project: we are client and contractor at once, so we show the whole system.
- 178 matching orders
- 9,019 listings from 16 platforms
- 0 hours of manually checking platforms
Why does searching for UN IT tenders manually take so long?
UN agencies, development banks and European Union bodies publish procurement notices on their own websites. There is no single window. Each has its own date format, its own way of showing a list, and its own protection against automated collection.
To find work for a digital studio among them, a person would have to open sixteen sites every morning and read headlines whose titles differ from the substance. Under "data management" hides a job for a corporate data warehouse engineer. Behind dry bureaucratic wording lies an order to develop a web portal. Half of what is found is useless, because the deadline expired yesterday.
There are thousands of notices, and digital projects are only a few percent of them. Searching by hand means spending hours every day and still missing what matters.
How does the five-step pipeline work?
We built a five-step pipeline in which each step costs more than the one before, so anything unnecessary is cut off as early as possible.
The logic was built with visual blocks, no code. Twenty-two branches on the diagram, grouped into five stages. You open it and see which block is running now and where something broke, without reading technical logs.
- Collection. Each platform has its own independent automation branch. If one site goes down, the others keep running.
- Cleaning. Expired and clearly off-profile listings are dropped by title, before the system starts downloading full descriptions. This filtered out 5,927 listings without a single paid request.
- Descriptions. The full text of the job is downloaded only for the survivors. Four different strategies for different platforms: direct download, anti-bot bypass, the internal interface of a recruiting platform, and a real browser in the cloud for sites rendered by scripts.
- Selection. Artificial intelligence checks each job against the company profile: what we can do, what we can't, which languages we work in, where we are ready to work remotely. The decision comes as a sentence with an explanation instead of a simple tick, so the reason for a rejection is visible.
- Translation. The full Russian translation is done as the last step and only for what was selected. The most expensive operation serves 178 orders instead of nine thousand.
What does TENDER-IT look like?
- A public showcase with live metrics, open to everyone at tender.seo7.es.
- A password-protected working area: lists of selected and rejected items.
- A card for each order with the AI decision and a Russian translation.
- A selection rules editor: rules are edited with the mouse, and a new word starts working the next morning.
- A «Logic» page with a live pipeline diagram: the branch being executed is highlighted, with the result of the last run beside it.
What did the system deliver in 18 days?
What numbers did the system show?
Figures from the operation of the system itself, taken from the working database on 19.10.2026.
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Relevant orders selected | 178 |
| Listings processed | 9,019 |
| Filtered out for free, before paid operations | 5,927 |
| Checked by artificial intelligence | 2,632 |
| System uptime | 18 days |
| Finds per day on average | about 10 |
| Hours of manual platform browsing | 0 |
Which platform produced the most hits?
More than half of the hits came from the European Union tenders portal: 104 out of 178. That makes sense for a company registered in Spain, and the result was not obvious before launch.
What turned up in the first weeks?
Support for a ticketing system in Spain, digital transformation of a Greek municipality, a web portal for a Montenegrin government agency, digitalization packages for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, development of a web module within a government platform.
What changed, in simple terms?
Before: sixteen sites checked by hand, hours per week, missed deadlines. Now: a morning list of several ready-made orders with a translation and an explanation of why they fit.
What is the system's status and what are the limits of this case?
As of 19.10.2026 the system is stopped by the owner's decision. The data, the site and all settings are in place: 9,019 records, 178 selected orders with translations. Restarting takes a minute, and the schedules inside the branches are preserved.
There are no financial figures here: no bids were submitted for the tenders found, so there is no revenue to count. The showcase was not promoted, so it has no search rankings or mentions in AI answers either.
What does the system do without a human?
Collection, cleaning, descriptions, selection, translation. Six platforms start five minutes apart so as not to hit the sites all at once.
If one platform goes down, the others keep running.
A repeat crawl doesn't create duplicates, and the date of the last sighting is updated.
Every rejection is recorded in words, so once a week you can see exactly what cuts the selection, and the rules are refined based on facts.
Which branch, when, how much it processed and with what result. 619 runs have been completed so far.
The selection rules are edited from the browser without changing code.
Need the same pipeline for your niche?
The same pipeline can be built for a different niche in a few days. Three things change: the list of platforms, the dictionary of features, and the profile the AI checks against. The structure stays. We will review your task for free: see where your orders are and estimate the build time. Reply within an hour, quote within 48 hours, and the price will not rise after approval.
What is the system built with, and what does that give you?
You can see which step works and where it broke. Edits without a programmer.
One failed site does not stop the other fifteen.
5,927 listings discarded without a single paid operation.
Selection by the substance of the assignment; matching words in the title decides nothing.
The paid operation handles 178 orders instead of 9,019.
The project does not overlap with other systems on the same server.
Even platforms that render the list with scripts and are protected are covered.
The metrics are open; data and controls are password-protected.
Questions and answers
How many listings did the TENDER-IT system process, and how many orders did it select?
In 18 days TENDER-IT processed 9,019 listings from 16 international organization platforms and selected 178 orders suitable for the SEO7 studio. All selected orders arrived in the messenger with a ready Russian translation, and not a single hour went into manually browsing sites. On average the system found about 10 orders a day.
Which platforms does TENDER-IT collect tenders from?
TENDER-IT collects tenders from 16 platforms: websites of UN agencies, development banks and European Union bodies. There is no single window: each platform has its own date format, its own way of showing the list and its own protection against automated collection. That is why the system has a separate, independent automation branch for each platform.
Why was manual searching for UN IT tenders inefficient for the SEO7 studio?
A person would have to open sixteen sites every morning and read headlines where the title doesn't match the substance. “Data management” can hide a job for a corporate data warehouse engineer, and a dry wording can conceal an order for a web portal. Half of what's found is useless because it has expired, and digital projects make up only a few percent of thousands of listings.
What steps does the TENDER-IT pipeline consist of?
The TENDER-IT pipeline has five steps: collection, cleaning, loading descriptions, selection by artificial intelligence and translation. Each step costs more than the previous one, so anything unnecessary is dropped as early as possible. The cycle runs at night on a schedule, and in the morning the person gets a ready list of suitable orders without browsing the platforms by hand.
How did TENDER-IT filter 5,927 notices without paid requests?
In the cleaning step, the system discards expired and clearly off-topic listings by title, before downloading full descriptions. This way, out of 9,019 listings, 5,927 were filtered out without a single paid operation. The full task text is downloaded only for the rest, and artificial intelligence ended up reviewing 2,632 listings.
How does TENDER-IT load tender descriptions from different sites?
To load full descriptions into TENDER-IT, four strategies are used for different platforms: direct download, anti-bot bypass, the internal interface of a recruiting platform, and a real browser in the cloud. The cloud browser is needed for sites that render the list with scripts and are protected. This way the system handles even the most difficult platforms to collect from.
How does artificial intelligence decide whether a tender suits the SEO7 studio?
The AI checks each task against the company profile: what the studio can and cannot do, which languages it works in and where it is ready to work remotely. The profile is passed with every request, so selection is based on the substance of the task. The decision comes as a sentence with an explanation, and the reason for a rejection is visible at once, with no guessing.
Why is the Russian translation in TENDER-IT done as the last step?
Full Russian translation is the most expensive operation in the TENDER-IT pipeline. So it runs last and only for selected orders. As a result, paid translation covers 178 orders instead of 9,019 listings. The user gets every matching order already translated, with an explanation of why it fits.
Why was the TENDER-IT logic built in n8n visual blocks?
The logic is built with visual n8n automations: twenty-two branches grouped into five stages. Opening the diagram shows which block is running now and where a failure happened, without reading technical logs. Changes are made without a programmer, and on the «Logic» page the active branch is highlighted along with the result of the last run.
Which platform gave the most suitable orders in TENDER-IT?
More than half of the matches came from the European Union tender portal: 104 of 178 selected orders. That makes sense for a company registered in Spain, but before the system launched this conclusion was not obvious. The other suitable orders came from other international organization platforms, out of the sixteen connected to the system.
What orders did TENDER-IT find in its first weeks?
In the very first weeks, the system found support for a ticketing system in Spain, the digital transformation of a Greek municipality, a web portal for a Montenegrin state agency, digitalization packages for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, and the development of a web module within a government platform. These are digital projects that are easy to lose among thousands of listings in a manual search.
What is in the private part of tender.seo7.es?
The TENDER-IT site is split in two. The public showcase with live metrics is open to everyone at tender.seo7.es. The working part is password-protected: it holds the lists of selected and rejected items, a card for each order with the AI's decision and a Russian translation, a selection rules editor and a live pipeline diagram. A new word in the rules starts working the next morning.
How is TENDER-IT protected from platform failures and duplicates?
Each platform's branch is independent, so one site going down doesn't stop the other fifteen. Six platforms start at five-minute intervals so the sites aren't loaded all at once. A repeat crawl creates no duplicates; only the date the listing was last seen is updated. The log records every run, and 619 have been completed so far.
Is TENDER-IT running now, and does the project have monetary results?
As of 19.10.2026 the system is stopped by the owner's decision. The data, site and settings are preserved: 9,019 records and 178 selected orders with translations, and restarting takes a minute. There are no financial figures, since no bids were submitted for the tenders found. The showcase was not promoted, so it has no search positions either.
