How many days until automation «Start» is up and running?
In 4-5 days, not months. First we analyze the processes and draw a map, then launch working workflows one after another.
What is a webhook integration?
It's a way to connect any services: an event in one triggers an action in another. This is how we link tools that know nothing about each other on their own.
Can automation send emails on its own?
Yes, trigger emails go out on their own at the right moment: after a request, a payment or any other event you choose.
Will reports be generated automatically?
Yes, scenarios connect to Google Sheets and Docs and fill them with data. The report is assembled without manual copying.
What happens to a new request?
The request is processed automatically and goes straight to where you work with it: CRM, spreadsheet or Telegram. Nothing has to be transferred by hand.
Where is it described how each scenario works?
We write documentation for every workflow: what it does, where it takes data from and where it sends it. If changes are needed later, it will be easy to figure out.
How do you learn about an important event right away?
Automation sends a Telegram notification straight to your phone about a new lead, a payment or a failure. Important things do not get lost in email.
What does a month of maintenance include?
For the first month after launch we monitor the scripts and refine them on real data. Anything that comes up in use, we fix at no extra charge.
Does the automation work with our CRM?
Yes, we connect your CRM and the data goes where you work. New requests, statuses and events don't need to be transferred manually.
Do we need to understand n8n or Make?
No. We train your team to use the result and leave documentation. Your people understand what the automation does without learning the platform.

What guarantee does Start automation have?
We calculate the time savings in hours before work starts and put them in the contract. If after 90 days the actual savings are below the estimate, we refine the workflows for free.
